Encoding issues

Very very very niche issue, but I'm having issues getting non-standard letters to display correctly. ǚ shows up with the v mark off to the side, as you can see. This is how it displayed back on SA:
Might be handy for those of us who might have scripts in romanised foreign languages or something. Not a priority at all, of course.

Your example character somehow shows up correctly here. I'm on Firefox btw.

Shows up correctly on my install of Firefox, too. Breaks on Chrome, though...

Weird. Might be a Chrome-specific thing then. I'll check on my laptop which runs Firefox.
Edit: Yep, works fine on Firefox, must be a Chrome thing then.
